These Terms of Service govern your use of wrcletter.ie. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

WRC Letter Ireland provides an AI-assisted document generation tool that produces a complaint submission letter intended to accompany a complaint you refer to the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) under Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015. You pay €9.99 per document generated. We are not affiliated with, and are not endorsed or approved by, the Workplace Relations Commission.

Not Legal Advice

Important: The letters generated by this service are not legal advice. We are not solicitors. The documents are AI-generated starting points based on general Irish employment law principles. This tool does not submit your complaint to the WRC — you must still lodge your complaint yourself using the WRC's own online complaint form at workplacerelations.ie. For complex or high-value claims, we recommend consulting a qualified solicitor or your trade union.

Right of withdrawal (cancellation)

As a consumer entering a distance contract for a digital service you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because we generate and deliver your document immediately at your request, by asking us to generate your document immediately when you pay, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once the document has been generated. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described. Separately, we voluntarily offer the money-back guarantee set out in our Refund Policy.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about your employment situation and the contravention you are complaining of
You are responsible for reviewing the letter before using it, and for lodging your actual complaint with the WRC via its own online complaint form at workplacerelations.ie
You must refer your complaint within the statutory time limit — generally 6 months from the date of the contravention, extendable to 12 months only where the WRC finds reasonable cause for the delay under Section 41(8) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 — we are not responsible for missed deadlines

Intellectual Property

The generated letter is yours to use for your WRC complaint. We retain no rights over the content of your specific letter. The wrcletter.ie website, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the document (€9.99). We are not liable for any outcome of your WRC complaint, whether successful or unsuccessful, and we are not liable for any missed statutory deadline.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
